TERMS & CONDITIONS - FAQ

Check-in

Do not forget the following documents to proceed to your check in:
– Valid credit card matching the name on the ID
– Valid ID document

If your reservation includes other guests, they are allowed to check in before your arrival only by presenting at least one of these documents:
– Printed reservation confirmation
– Valid credit card used for the reservation
– Valid ID of the person who booked the room

Unfortunately, for security reasons we won’t be able to let your guest(s) check in without at least one of these documents. Check-in time is from 3pm..

Check-out

The maximum time for check-out is at noon. Late check-out is based on availability and the decision of the acting supervisor.

Suites

The Junior Suites are 35 m².
The Superior Junior Suites are 45m².
The Deluxe Suite is 85 m².

Baby cot

All Suites of Hôtel Particulier Montmartre can accommodate one baby cot for a baby under 3, without any extra fee.

Extra bed

The Junior Suites can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and a baby (up to 4 years) at no extra charge. The Superior Junior Suites can accommodate up to 2 people plus a baby (up to 4 years) at no extra charge. An additional single bed can be provided for a supplement of €70. The Suite Eiffel can accommodate up to 2 people and a baby (up to 4 years) at no extra charge, an additional double bed can be provided at a supplement of €70. The acceptance of additional persons is subject to the written agreement of the establishment and may not under any circumstances lead to the maximum legal capacity of the establishment being exceeded, as stipulated in article D324-13 of the French Tourism Code (15 persons)

Intellectual property

It is forbidden to take photographs with professional equipment in the establishment. The Customer undertakes not to use the photographs, the name of the Establishment, the partner brands or any other element linked to the image of the Establishment for public, commercial or professional purposes. Any person contravening this prohibition will be liable to pay the Establishment a flat-rate indemnity of €1,800, in addition to any recourse of a nature to compensate the Establishment for the loss suffered.

Pets

Tiny pets that are clean and well behaved are welcome. It is mandatory to mention the presence of the pet when booking.

Online Booking

Booking online on www.hotelparticulier.com is simple, quick and secure. To guarantee our most competitive rates and availability, room rates are updated at all times and the availabilities are shown in real-time directly on our booking system.

Payment terms

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Hôtel Particulier Montmartre cannot accept reservations without any credit card guarantee. You credit card will be charged for special offers and promotions, at the time of the reservation. These rates are strictly non-refundable, non exchangeable and non-transferable.

You credit card will not be charged for standard reservations with flexible rates. Hôtel Particulier Montmartre only asks for your credit card details to guarantee your reservation.
The full payment is due when checking out from Hôtel Particulier Montmartre.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible rates

If you choose to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 15 days prior to your arrival, before midnight local time (GMT +1).
If you fail to cancel your reservation 15 days (before 12:00pm local time) prior to your date of arrival, Hôtel Particulier Montmartre can charge your credit card for the amount of one night.
If you fail to cancel your reservation 7 days (before 12:00pm local time) prior to your date of arrival, Hôtel Particulier Montmartre can charge your credit card for the total amount of your stay.

Best available rates, promotions and packages

Saver Rates (best available rates, rack rates, special offers and promotions) are registered and may not be cancelled, amended or refundable.
Breakfast is not included, except for some special online packages.
Its cost is of 20 euros per person, 25 euros with extras. Service from 8am to 11am.

Parking

Hôtel Particulier Montmartre is located in a private and safe alley; there is no provided space to park. Two public secured and paying parking lots are a few minutes from the Hotel.

Parking Rédelé – 11, rue Forest, 75018 Paris – 950 m – 11 min walking

Gifts

The reception of Hôtel Particulier is available to tailor the gift of your choice. Stay in Suite, dine or brunch at the restaurant, teatime, cocktails and tapas at the bar, we prepare the gift that best meets your demand. Your credit card details are required when editing the voucher or gift certificate. Your credit card will be charged when the voucher is sent by email or by post. The gift certificate is non-refundable, non-amendable and is valid for a year.
